Went there with the Groupon deal for a Cut and Color for only 50$! Was nervous cuz it was a low price but she did an amazing job on my Hair and even curled it after! Great customer service! Will def be going back!
As always amazing service. The salon has become my stress relief from home and my hair family. I have gotten hair extensions (which is the best anyone has done on me), color corrections, hair cuts, color and eyelash extensions all of which I highly recommend. Thanks to the ladies at ICandi for being awesome!
ICandi is one of the cleanest salons I have set foot it. The women their are beyond comforting, skilled, and professional. Not only do I fall in love with my hair all over again after every service, but I walk out of there with one more lovely thing to say about this salon.
I am Completely Ecstatic with the talented transformarion Candice did on my hair! It went from dowdy to downtown.... I'm so happy her studio is here in Chilliwack! I recommend her!!
I wouldn't even give a star, but I have to. My husband bought me a Groupon for my birthday to iCandy Salon for a cut/full highlights. I scheduled for a Saturday morning, and at 5:30 the Friday night before, I get a phone call from (I assume) the owner: something's come up and she needed to reschedule my appointment.The reception was horrible in the building I was in, so I went outside, but the traffic was loud, there were a bunch of people around, her side sounded very garbled, so it was difficult for me to hear everything she was saying, and she became very rude, very quickly.I asked if I had to reschedule the hour or the day, and was told day. That she had originally planned on seeing clients and then making it to where she had to be by 6:00 p.m., but that she had to cancel all appointments now.I was worried that with the salon's hours and my availability, finding coordinating times would be difficult, and I wanted my hair done, so I asked if anyone else in the salon could do my hair tomorrow (thinking that salons have several stylists). She said her apprentice could, and I asked if the apprentice was qualified to cut and highlight my hair, and was told that yes, but if it was messed up, she wouldn't be there to fix it. When I asked if the apprentice was a certified stylist (as I'd paid for!)I was met with a snooty: "Of course not, that's why she's my apprentice!"I explained that didn't work for me, and I was conerned we weren't going to be able to be able schedule my appointment within a timeframe that worked for me, and it was a service I'd already paid for.At that point, she became absolutely irate with me said how dare I speak to her in such a manner, that she had a family who was dying, and that she was now cancelling my service all together, and I could contact Groupon myself and sort it out. Meanwhile, I kept trying say I wasn't speaking in any way, that I was just trying to figure out how to get the service I'd paid for, but I was met with silence. She'd hung up on me.Save your money for somebody who knows how to treat customers.EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: As I explained at the time, I was having issues hearing you, so I did not understand why you were canceling my appointment. And my husband never phoned you. I think it speaks VOLUMES to your professionalism and ethics that you would respond how you did. I also have to wonder about the sudden business name change. Perhaps trying to avoid a soiled reputation? As you can see from other reviews, I wasn't the only one to have TERRIBLE service from you, and I didn't even have the chance to walk through your door.
