Dr Nel is a focused doctor but at the same time, you feel as if you are just an animal he is examining. On rare occasions, he misses about 50% of what you tell him, unless he is in very focused mode when he gets it all.
Re: Dr. Thomas Nel. Today was my 1st encounter with a BC physician, as I just relocated here from Winnipeg. I was completely shocked by his condescending tone and attitude with me. Unsure if he treats all patients like Complete Morons. I have worked with professional health care staff for 35 years in Manitoba and never have I encountered such an Arrogant, self fulfilling individual - certainly has No people skills nor any ethics.
Dr. Nel is horrendous. Reduced my wife to tears and then kicked us out when I told him to stop. Completely unprofessional. Refused to listen to a word we said and was rude to the point of bullying.
Extremely slow to be seen. You could pull a number 3 away and then be stuck sitting and waiting for over 2 hours. I get everyone needs a little more time....but this is extremely poor waiting times. There is no communication on how long waits are. I would strongly NOT recommend thus walk in clinic for any help....will there even be any pharmacies open to fill a prescription once they have seen you?!?!Warning: do not go
Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst nightmare, go there 2 hours before it closes and they say they arent taking anyone else, absolute joke!!!!
