Agree with previous posters, clean and reasonable prices but service is awful. Owner is very rude, miserable person and I won't give another quarter to him. Taller lady is great! Very helpful and considerate, shorter lady who makes cards seems to like her crafting more than helping people. If you do go here, take your own change!!!! Every time I ask for change there's some kind of problem, I ask for too much, she's not giving me loonies only quarters, etc etc. I went there 3 times and it was 2 times too many.
Staff are very efficient & friendly & the washroom is kept very clean. I highly recommend doing laundry there..
Lady was too busy to give change. They only have one large machine for washing and even that one isn't very big. I give a zero for customer service
My washing machine broke and we have a family of 6. Waiting for the new one to come without doing any laundry wasn't an option. I came in on several occasions with tons of laundry, and I mean tons. The man and lady were in on different days and I found them both to be super helpful and always happy to help me with change even when I thought I would have enough. Today I came in and the lady working noticed I wasn't filling the machines enough!! Oh man, my bad. But was I ever happy to have her assistance! She even offered to change my wash to the dryer for me and encouraged me to go home and grab more laundry to STUFF in these awesome machines! Thank you both, For your awesome customer service!!
The woman here is super helpful, stopped in the middle of what she waa doing to help me figure out the machine!
