We had a large group of 22 people on August 27. The service was amazing! Food and drinks were brought in a timely manner. Food and drinks were awesome! We stayed pretty late and served and staff were patient and attentive! Would definitely go back
Food and service was great but our meal took way to long. We had to ask what was taking so long. Several tables were served well after we had arrived and even completed there meal,paid and left before we got ours. They were apologetic but this was not satisfactory. They gave us a $5 off card for our "next visit" as an apology. Not impressed.
Pizzas were excellent. Calamari was superb and the potatoe coated fish was also amazing.The fish batter on their fish and rice dish was very poor, it was just far too thick. The fish inside was good.Still 5 stars because we informed the waitress who immediately apologized and offered another dish, let the manager know, who came out and apologized (and also offered another dish).In the end they comped the fish and rice completely. 5 stars because the food is great and when it is not the staff will make it right.
I was disappointed - my fish and chips were so overdone the batter was burned! The cook told the waitress to tell me it was cooked to their standard! Their standard is the worse I have come across in Chilliwack. The poor waitress had to tell me they use a timer to cook the fish - that was their mistake! It was our first and most definitely our last. We will be telling our friends and relatives to avoid this restaurant. They do not deserve even the one star - but I felt for the waitress to have to make excuses for this deplorable food (slop -by any other word). I sent my food back of course!
One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. Location was quite busy when we showed up and figured we weren't going to get in as we hadn't made a reservation prior. The host at the front said he would seat us at the bar while we waited for a table. The bartender was very friendly and was quite knowledgeable of the wines on hand. When we were seated at our table, the server was with us almost immediately. Very pleasant women who answered all our questions about the menu, including allergy related inquiries. The wait for our food was minimal given how busy the restaurant was and all our appies and entrees were excellent. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and would not hesitate to dine here again.
