I have been with Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic for several years now and I can only describe my experience with them as excellent. They are passionate and caring when treating my dogs, whether its a simple yearly check up and shots or major surgery. Dr. Tim Maarhius is an excellent veterinarian whose heart is really in his work. I've have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend them anytime.
Every vet and employee we have encountered over the past few years at this place is excellent at what they do! Very kind and professional each step of way from booking over the telephone to leaving the office after appointments. Tim is easy to talk to and ask advise of regarding the care of our dogs. We get it all done here - vaccinations - dental cleanings - spay/neuter surgeries - and plan to continue travelling out of our way to keep our furry family members in their care. We've been going to Cottonwood Vet, and Dr. Tim Maarhuis in particular, for many years now. On occasion, we've seen Dr . Mueller as well and the care and compassion they both show for our animals is incredible. This goes not only for the vets, but for their entire staff as well. They have a great facility here, we're lucky to have found them, and I could not be happier with the care our animals receive.
We took our elderly dog to Cottonwood vet clinic after having little success with a previous vet regarding his skin condition and apparently allergic reaction. Dr. Mueller, having trained with a veterinary dermatologist, was able to quickly and accurately diagnose our elderly dog with an allergic reaction to fleas.Within 48 hours of receiving an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, our dog was starting to feel much better. He is energetic and engaging, whereas before he was lethargic and unhappy. I would highly recommend Cottonwood vet clinic, the staff is professional, caring, and well trained.
My dog was quickly diagnosed with a ruptured ear drum. Was very pleased with the follow up procedures to find the cause. It was a great relief after x-rays and an inner ear culture to find nothing sinister. I found the Vet to be knowledgeable and very through. My mind was put at ease very quickly that she was in good hands.
