Kim went above and beyond what was expected from a realtor. He always kept us up to date on the status of showings and what was being said. He continuously checked up on the house for us when we were out of town and delt with some things that we as the home owners should have but couldn't at that time. He was straight forward, honest and realistic about current market conditions. All and all, very happy :)
