Very Professional. I called around to get the moss taken care of on my roof. The prices were INSANE. Then I gave up. A friend recommended Ocean SoftWash. Doug came out and gave me an excellent price...and then when they did the work, the guys were incredible. My roof looks awesome. I was disappointed when they finished the job due to me misunderstanding how this safe process works. Well...I get it NOW. They were right! Moss gone, roof is clear and bright. Thanks. My recent experience with Ocean SoftWash.This was carried out with the minimum of fuss and I was extremely pleased with the result. The chief operator (I am sorry I dont remember his name but we had an interesting conversation about the German language which my late husband spoke fluently) and his assistant were courteous and efficient and finished the whole job in four hours to my complete satisfaction. Very impressed with the entire team at Ocean Soft Wash. Everything job from the initial free quote process to the completion of the job was extremely professional. I was informed of how the job was going through the day and the employees were kind and polite. I am especially impressed with my windows, they are beautifully sparkly clean. Lucky for me the technicians even cleaned a few areas that weren't on the quoted job list!! Once the job was complete Rene informed us of some damaged areas on our roof and suggested a company that could complete the repairs for us.
