We have arranged and purchased all of our travel needs from the Chilliwack Flight Centre for many years. From tickets, all inclusive packages, tour packages to Egypt and travel insurance we have always ended up with great products and service and always at the best price. More importantly the service we have received has always been OUTSTANDING!! We have always dealt with Tammie Brownlow since day one. We have always found Tammie to be extremely polite and friendly and someone that always goes out of her way to make sure that everything is done right and that everything is covered prior to leaving on our trips. The amount of time and energy she has put into arranging our trips is GREATLY APPRECIATED!! Flight Centre is really lucky to have Tammie working for them. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tammie to anyone that is looking to travel or is looking at getting travel insurance. She is extremely knowledgeable about traveling and insurance and always goes out of her way to make you feel like you are not just a number but a person. Had the absolute worst experience with one of the travel agents. Not going to drop names but if you do decide to use flight centre do not go to S.W. She failed to mention valuable information regarding my flight which resulted in me having to miss my flight due to her lack of communication. When confronted about it she played the blame game and said it was my fault, and its not her job to disclose any information regarding my flight. Uhm okay? Then what is your job?? Anyways I never had an issue dealing with flight centre till I had to deal with her. Very very unprofessional.
