We were out of town for my mothers 93 birthday and I relied on the staff to create something special for her. I phoned the order in on the morning of her birthday and was concerned that they wouldnt be able to deliver them until the next day but I was assured that they would go out with that afternoon delivery, and they were. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with; even sent me a picture of the arrangement before it was sent out. They did a very good job in creating a lovely arrangement including some specially treated roses. My mother was really pleased. I will definitely use them again.
We ordered 2 floral arrangements for a funeral on the phone. We are not from town and didn't have the opportunity to see the flowers. I worry about ordering things online. However, after calling the That Flower Shop on Vedder, Kiana was so nice and was knowledgeable which made me feel better. On the day of service we were very pleased to see and also hear how beautiful they were. Thank you for the beautiful arrangements and for the spectacular service.
Have some nice stock. A bit on the pricey side, but that's expected with owning a store and having overhead. Decent selection
Don't ask for delivery from this shop, it's extremely unreliable. The staff in store are great though. A bit pricey, but they'll work within your budget.
So thankful to the owner. We ordered flowers to Hope hospital and did not realize No deliveries on Saturday and when the mistake was realized she moved heaven and earth to get our flowers to our sick loved one on a Saturday. Thank you again I will recommend them anytime.
