When my dad passed away, he has specified that he only wanted a cremation, and no funeral or service of any kind. When I called around, the quotes I was getting were for $2600+, just for the cremation. I contacted Karscen at Cremation Direct. I was a little bit nervous, as I had never heard of the company before, and most of the process was done over the phone. As it turned out, they are located inside of Hendersons Funeral home, because they are owned by the same company. Karscen was so empathetic, and really put my mind at ease. The apprentice, Mike, was also incredible. I did roughly half of the process with him. Both of these guys are so kind, and made everything so easy, considering what a difficult thing it is to do.
