I have already flown past my original weight loss goal with the help of the 9Round team and I am well on my way to being more fit than I could have ever hoped for. I am absolutely loving this workout! Knowledgeable trainers that encourage and push you to do your best every minute. I feel great and am starting to see reaults after just 4 weeks! Highly recommended.

Janine is an expert trainer. She has taught me a lot about form and technique. She commands the floor but has an amazing friendly presence. So lucky to have met her! Dont hesitate to give 9round a shot! First workout is free and you always get a personal trainer which is a huge asset.
