I took my Mother in law here just after my Father in law passed away. It was a very emotional time for all of us and we had to transfer a vehicle into my mother in laws name. The manager (Ashwani?)at this location was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly empathetic and took care of everything for us. My family will never go anywhere else for our insurance needs. Thank you so for everything you did for us that day, it really made a huge difference.
This place is the best - not only are they good at what they do but they are very knowledgeable. I have been going here for a while now and each time the manager helps me and is great. This last time i went, he wasn't in so I was nervous to ask questions because I had only dealt with him. The lady that was there (maybe his wife?) helped me and turned out she had all the answers. I was nervous for no reason! She was polite, helpful and answered all the questions - she knows what she is talking about. I have no hesitation to recommend this location to anyone - they are good at what they do. Simple.
When my boyfriend and I first went in to get his insurance renewed, we were both shocked at the cost of his payments. The manager Ashwani took a second look at his papers, and realized ICBC had not given him a high enough discount considering his driving history. He called ICBC for us, and after a short hold, he got my boyfriend a MUCH greater discount! He was nothing but friendly and helpful.
I have nothing but good things to say about the gentleman who has helped me with all my ICBC insurance needs. I have made the trip across town in order to deal here rather than closer to home because of the marvellous customer service. Keep up the good work!
