The older lady working there is completely useless. She has little knowledge of transferring policies from one vehicle to another and is impolite and impatient. It took me over 40 minutes to get a simple policy transferred and then ended up giving me the wrong coverage. Needless to say I went elsewhere the next day to correct her mistakes. InsureBC in Sardis took care of all my needs politely, quickly, and without making me feel like I was a bother. Avoid dealing with Sussex unless you like being treated like a nuisance.
Autoplan renews should be available online.Don't believe me visit Sussex in the Save on Foods in Chilliwack and they will prove it to you, with their extremely slow and rude service, you will be ready to drive to Abbotsford for insurance. I will never go here again.

Old blond woman is very uneducated. She just told me to get day insurance on a vehicle to see it first for registration. After paying for the day insurance and bringing the vehicle in she said she still couldnt help me because its a Sunday and ICBC is closed. Sussex would not offer me a refund for waisting my time and money. I would not recommend getting a policy through people who dont know the process involved to fill out paperwork or even what day of the week it is for that matter. Get your insurance elsewhere so you know things are done properly. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
