Sam's fantastic work saved us from a half flooded bathroom when the kids didnt tell me about the leaking sink. He was able to get to us in a short amount of time, replace the leaking parts and restore functionality to one of the most important rooms in the house. Solid guy, realistic time frames and pleasure to deal with.
