Worst Customer service!!! First of all, these guys are actually Glacier Air, not sure why they are hiding as Sardis Plumbing. They show up at my house (water leaking from the indoor coil) and tell me there is nothing wrong with my AC unit because the coil isn't frozen up. Pretends to do something by hosing down my outdoor unit (which I do regularly and was perfectly clean) so he can charge me $100 labour. A couple of weeks later, my coil does freeze up so when I call back they send the same guy even though I asked for someone else and he shows up at my house with a really bad attitude. This guy was beyond rude and the only reason I didn't throw him out of my house was because I thought it was a courtesy follow up since he did not properly diagnose the problem the first time. So this time he tells me I have a leak and need more refrigerant. He adds refrigerant, tells me I need a new coil and leaves telling me they will price one out and get back to me (they never did). 3 months later a $311 charge shows up on my credit card for the second service (remember I thought this was a courtesy). I call the office to complain and they tell me they will call me back within a day....that was the last I ever heard from them (about 2 months ago). I will never deal with this company again regardless of what name they try to hide behind!
Sardis Pluming ,excellent service, fast ,efficient and courteous ,Phoned them they came the next day, fix everything that I asked them to do .I could not be on site and was not able to get in till the next day ,excellent job .Definitely my go to service team !

Sardis Plumbing & Heating replaced my gas hot water tank and I was thoroughly impressed with their level of consultation and overall professionalism. They sourced the type of tank I was looking for and consulted me on what would be best fit and there was no up-sell pressure. Alex (the gas fitter) was amazing. Explained the install and went over the features of the new tank. They were in and out within an hour and the finished job looks amazing. Highly recommend!
