I sent my grandma flowers, when she got them they were all dying, when i called to get the flowers replaced they told me it was the person i orded through's fault, that they put in the wrong order and after 5 phone calls they finally agreed to send a new arrangement, when i called back the next day to see when they would be delivering the flowers she told me she changed her mind she was not going to replace they flowers. when i told her this was completely unexceptable she hung up on me. I talked to the company who put in the order and they showed me the order and that it was correct and was unable to get a hold of this company for their phone was of the hook. Super unprofession avoid this business.
