Rented a Uhaul with about 10 minutes notice and had no issue. Very friendly staff, clean & inviting office, and great equipment. The truck I rented was seemingly brand new and in immaculate condition. Would use them again!

I purchase packing supplies and thought I could return the items using the item buy back program that U-Haul raves about but at this Dealer I was not told until after I purchased the items when I tried to return some items for the buy back program I was told I was out of luck they do not accept any returns as it was u-hauls corporate policy, I called the corporate U-Haul in Abbotsford and was told its up to the dealer and not corporate to what their policy is. The dealers buy the items from U-Haul and then they can set their own prices I was informed by Cache 21 Mini storage that is was a U-Haul policy not to accept returns. Which is not correct. I feel if I would have known this I would have gone to a corporate location where I could have returned the items no matter what part of Canada I move to.I Recommend you ask if they are a corporate location and if not ask or find out where the corporate locations are because This dealer will not accept anything packing related you wish to return because now I have packing supplies that cost some hard earned money and are gathering dust
