I give them 1 star for knowing how to answer phones. Upon calling and asking a question they were quite rude and hung up. I thought we lost connectection and he hung up again. The 4th time calling i told them that this is going to be put on the review. Couldnt quite understand the guy on the phone muddering words talking low and hangs up. I would use these guys to move a paper clip if this is how people get treated. As a mover of 10 yrs exp this is how not to ever handle anybody calling. Good luck if u do use these jokers.
