This place deserves a higher overall rating. The staff are all extremely polite and friendly. The prices are pretty much the same as all the other storages around town, and the storage area itself has enough carts and easy to use lifts. What else do you need in a storage???
Wow I cant believe how expensive these guys are. The cost of their 5x5 is the same price as a 5x10 at Access storage..wow !
I have had my stuff stored there for 1&1/2 yrs & never had a problem with the Staff . Barb is the Manager & you will find her Friendly & fair in all business. Give them a call. Heated storage, Easy access.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Barb and MY Storage! I've had a unit here for 2 years as well as worked here. I have always been treated with respect and valued as a customer and an employee. Which is very important to me. Best Storage facility in Chilliwack hands down! A very welcoming environment!
Really friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Clean storage units.The only thing I would change is it would be nice to be able to access my storage any time 24/7 however I do understand why this is not the case. But for me since I work night shifts it hard for me to have the energy during the daytime to move things and by the time I'm usually awake and ready to do things it's like 7 or 8 pm so I never have enough time to get things in and out of my storage. Having said that I have had a really great experience dealing with them and I highly recommend this business.
